What is your policy regarding replacement/returned leads?

The sole purpose of a marketing company is to provide the utmost quality of service to their clients. We at USA Marketing and Teleservices, Corp. believe that in order to fully be successful, we need to provide a quality product, which enhances our client’s ability to close deals. However, this business is not an exact science!

Below you will find fair parameters set for returning leads:

All returns will be requested at the end of the campaign or with in two weeks from the begin of campaign.
All returns must present the reason for the return, the person who worked the lead, as well as the date of the return.
There are no cash refunds.
“Not Interested” or “changed mind” leads (although the contact expressed interest to the TSR and provided information as such) will be replaced not to exceed 20% of the contract.
Leads will be returned if:

The contracted criteria, does not match that of the lead when sent to you.
Typo errors such as wrong or disconnected phone number or Fax line which should be a phone line.
If you can not reach the prospect within a reasonable amount of time. Remember we were able to reach the prospect and we do collect the best time to reach the prospect.


Hot transfer lead program:


Lead will be credited if the call is dropped or the lead does not fit the agreed upon parameter of a qualified lead.

Lead will be replaced if homeowner expresses no interest in refinancing with in the first 2 minutes of call.

USA Marketing and Teleservices, Corp. makes NO representations or guarantees to the customer, that the performance of it’s obligations under this agreement produce any level of profits or business. The customer agrees that USA Marketing and Teleservices, Corp. is not in any way responsible if the company has no success with the leads they receive.
